Santos came out and turned out there was no mold (yay for me!) and when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing. They worked with me to get the clean up done in time for our plumber to do the appropriate repairs. Our crawl space is very difficult to navigate; very low ceiling and lots of twists and turns. Their crew came out and did an outstanding job. They removed the waste, the water barrier and replaced it with a new one. During the whole process they left my home spotless!
